Some of you may be wondering what the ‘coaching activity‘ is. These are identified activities specifically targeting skills that we believe our athletes would benefit from having more focus on, or else is a learning activity to prepare the athlete for skills that they can start participating in at as they get a bit older (e.g. javelin, the flop, higher hurdles, triple jump, blocks & crouch).
